Return policy

You have up to 15 calendar days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return.

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Must have all original tags attached
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Does not apply to underwear or accessories

How to request a return?

  2. 2We'll send you instructions and a shipping label
  3. 3Ship the product via MRW using the provided label
  4. 4Once received and verified, we process the refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Size exchanges have no additional shipping cost.
